Group Sessions
Working in a group has some advantages. Not only is it more affordable, but you have the ability to witness what other people are struggling with. You also get to see other people as they move through their own processes. It can help you understand yourself better, and it will also inspire you.
I like to keep my group sizes small. Usually between 4 and 6 people for each group. We usually do them in a multi-person video call. But if you find yourself here in Tucson, or in the same area as another group member, we can do some in-person work.
Together we will practice basic skills and learn new skills, which we will practice with one another. These skills include dealing with projections, uncovering the real reasons behind our “upset” and emotions, understanding our misinterpretations of reality, taking personal responsibility for our reactions and actions.
Group sessions cost $50 per session, with a 3-month minimum commitment.
